LOCAL SHIPPING
Local(Singapore) delivery is free for orders S$99 & above (except for remote areas). For orders below S$99, a flat delivery fee of S$8 applies. Delivery to remote areas, such as Sentosa, Changi Airport offices, Airport Logistic Park and One Turf Avenue, a flat rate of S$25 applies.
We will dispatch all in-stocks items within 3 working days after confirmation (unless stated otherwise). However, during festive or peak periods, delivery might take longer.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard deliveries are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 10pm. For urgent orders, please WhatsApp us at 68516688 for special arrangement with a fee.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If one (or more) of the items ordered are out of stock. We will notify you via Whatsapp or email. In the event that you are unable to wait for the new batch of stocks, you can make changes to your order or request for a refund via the same payment mode used to purchase the items.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
If you stay or required to ship overseas, please write to us at veron.ng@masterdon.com.sg or miki.tan@masterdon.com.sg with the items that you would like to purchase together with your delivery address and we will get back to you within 2 working days with the cost of delivery (based on size and weight) and estimated transit time.
We will deliver to almost anywhere in the world as long as the products comply with the Country’s import regulations. Please note that customers are responsible for checking on the import regulations and for any taxes, duties, fees, losses and any other charges when the package leaves our hands and when the package arrives at the destination country.
RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If the product is damaged upon receiving, do take a photo and send to us via whatsapp 68516688 or email us at veron.ng@masterdon.com.sg or miki.tan@masterdon.com.sg in order for us to initiate the return/exchange.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of being tampered with
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges 7 days after receipt of the goods.
